What is Come As You Are (CAYA) Weekend? 

CAYA Weekend is one of our church's Big 5 events, designed to show our community the transformative power of God's love. We call it "Come As You Are" because we believe that God's grace is for everyone, regardless of their background, appearance, or current life situation. This is our opportunity to live out our mission and show our community the transformative power of God’s love. 

Why CAYA Matters 

Remember how your life changed when you first experienced God's unconditional love? Now it's our turn to extend that same welcome to others. Listen, we've seen lives turned around, hope restored, and families rebuilt. Plus, CAYA Weekend embodies one of our seven bedrocks: evangelism. So, this weekend is a win on multiple levels.

Your Role in 

1. Participate in Love Day – Saturday, September 7th  

  • 9 AM: Meet at the church for breakfast

  • 9:30 AM: Rally to get energized and organized

  • 10 AM onwards: Hit the streets and flood our city with acts of kindness (And don't forget to pass out "You're Invited" cards for Sunday service!) · Maybe you'll pay for someone's gas, help out at a shelter, or pick up the tab for a family at a local restaurant

2. Invite Others to CAYA Sunday – Sunday, September 8th | 9 & 11 AM

  • Do not come to church solo. We will be looking for your +1!

  • Be a warm, welcoming presence for guests and newcomers

  • Guide newcomers to our welcome center for more information about the church

New Life, Who Dis? – We're Baptizing!

  • We'll have baptism immediately following both services

  • If you sense someone you're inviting might be ready, be sure to let them know they can take this step on Sunday

  • If you haven't been baptized yourself, this could be your moment too!

  • Sign up for baptism here or speak with a team member on Sunday

The Impact of Your Involvement

We heard that 82% of unchurched individuals say they would likely attend if someone personally invited them. Say what? Say less! Because if this doesn’t convince you…
