What To Expect

Being a first-time visitor at any church can often be quite confusing, and sometimes even a little uncomfortable. We understand that, so we put considerable time and thought into making your experience as pleasant and relaxed as possible. Here are some of the benefits of visiting our church:

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere: When you pull into the parking lot, right off the bat you’re greeted with waves and warm smiles by our parking team that directs traffic in all kinds of weather so you never have to hunt for a parking space, even when the place is packed. Then, you walk through the main entrance, and there are two or more cheerful greeters waiting with open arms, literally, to hug you.

Free coffee and tea: From there, you’re directed to our Convention Center, where you can enjoy some coffee, tea, and great music.

Engaging and inspiring worship and preaching: The doors of the sanctuary swing open ten minutes before service, and that’s our cue that it’s time to worship. In two words, we blaze. Expect energy, expect passion, and expect to be moved. Same goes for the preaching. After all, they don’t call us The Word Church for nothin’.

Fun and safe environment for kids: If you have kids, you’ll go straight to the registration for Kids In The Word (located in the Convention Center), where you’ll sign in as a first-timer. Your kids will have a blast learning about God and making new friends in a secure and supervised environment.

The Word Church is a Jesus-centered ministry concerned with strengthening our members, winning the lost, and helping those in need. We are Bible-believing, Bible-toting, Bible-promoting, Bible enthusiasts, who love the Word of God and believe it has all the answers, or, for those gray areas of life that leave us clueless, a formula for finding the answers.
